All existing timber fascias, soffits and guttering are removed and roofing timber inspected & repaired if necessary.

Wooded blocks with use of a plumb line ensure a good base & level to work from.

Soffit board is placed on the "Pan" & screwed to the end of the blocks, thus ensuring a level base to secure the fascia boards.

A GUIDE TO HOW WE CARRY OUT OUR INSTALLATIONS:

Fascias are available in White, Mahogany Wood Grain, Light Ash and Black ash

The first row of tiles are removed and the first 6" perished mineral felt is cut back

Fascias boards are nailed using stainless steel ring shanked nails, with a UPVC head. Air vents are screwed on the top of the fascias board giving vetilation to the roof space, while being concealed by the guttering.

Eaves protectors are placed under the roof felt, protecting the roof joists and directing the rainfall into the guttering. Bird combs are placed on top of the eaves protector and the tiles replaced, preventing birds nesting in the roof space.

Old sand and cement is raked out of the tiles on the gable and UPVC dry verge units are fitted where possible, holding tiles in place and completing a maintenance free job
